甘あまい糖とうも、
少すこしなら日々ひびを楽たのしくする。
ほどよさが健康けんこうを育そだてる。

Even something sweet
brings joy in moderation.
Balance nurtures health.

穏おだかな毎日まいにちが、
心こころと体からだの康こうを育そだてる。
健康けんこうは静しずかな宝物たからもの。

Peaceful days

正義せいぎは急いそがずとも、
やがて真実しんじつに逮およく。
誠実せいじつは隠かくれない。

Justice, though unhurried,
eventually reaches the truth.

伊いの名なを呼よべば、
遠とおい友ともの笑顔えがおが浮うかぶ。
名前なまえは心こころを結むすぶ。

Speak a beloved name,
and a distant smile returns.

君きみと歩あるけば、
いつもの道みちも少すこし明あかるい。
友情ゆうじょうは旅たびを豊ゆたかにする。

Walking beside you,
even familiar roads seem brighter.

鳥とりが群むれて飛とび、
夕空ゆうぞらに美うつくしい形かたちを描えがく。
力ちからは共ともに集あつまる。

Birds gather in flight,
drawing graceful shapes across the evening sky.

冬ふゆの寒さむさに耐たえた梅うめは、
春はるに美うつくしく咲さく。
忍耐にんたいは花はなを育そだてる。

The plum tree that endures winter

本当ほんとうに需もとめるものは、
心こころの静しずけさかもしれない。
豊ゆたかさは内側うちがわにある。

知恵ちえは思おもいやりと共ともに歩あるく。

小ちいさな花はなが静しずかに咲さく。
美うつくしさは目立めだたない所ところにもある。

湖みずうみは静しずかに道みちを開ひらく。
一ひとこぎごとに景色けしきが近ちかづく。
