悪わるい考かんがえを斥しりぞければ、
心こころに新あたらしい風かぜが吹ふく。
勇気ゆうきは正ただしい道みちを選えらぶ。

When harmful thoughts are rejected,
a fresh wind enters the heart.
Courage chooses the right path.

静しずかな声こえで訴うったえれば、
真実しんじつはやがて届とどく。
誠実せいじつは力強ちからづよい。

When spoken with a quiet voice,
truth eventually reaches others.
Sincerity has great strength.

昨日きのうの雨あめが、
今日きょうの花はなを美うつくしくする。
毎日まいにちは次つぎの季節きせつを育そだてる。

Yesterday's rain
makes today's flowers more beautiful.
Each day prepares the next.

人ひとを詐いつわれば、
信頼しんらいは静しずかに離はなれてゆく。
正直しょうじきは何なにより尊とうとい。

When people are deceived,
trust quietly slips away.
Honesty is more precious than anything.

一ひとつずつ作つくれば、
夢ゆめは少すこしずつ形かたちになる。
毎日まいにちの努力どりょくが未来みらいを築きずく。

By creating one step at a time,
dreams slowly take shape.

雪ゆきが静しずかに降ふり、
世界せかいを白しろく包つつんでゆく。
冬ふゆは穏おだやかな詩うた。

旅たびの思おもい出でを録ろくせば、
時ときは色いろあせず残のこる。
記録きろくは心こころの宝物たからもの。

When we record our journeys,

古ふるい壁紙かべがみを剥はがせば、
新あたらしい景色けしきが現あらわれる。
変化へんかは勇気ゆうきから始はじまる。

and a new view appears.

古ふるい寺てらを尋たずねれば、
静しずかな歴史れきしが語かたりかける。
旅たびは知恵ちえを育そだてる。

Visit an ancient temple,

急いそがず歩あるけば、
道端みちばたの花はなにも気きづける。
ゆっくり進すすむ強つよさもある。

穏おだやかな湖みずうみは、
空そらをそのまま映うつしている。
静しずけさは美うつくしさを深ふかめる。

A calm lake
reflects the sky exactly as it is.

森もりを侵おかせば、
鳥とりの歌うたは少すこしずつ消きえてゆく。
自然しぜんは大切たいせつな友とも。

If the forest is harmed,
the birdsong slowly fades away.
Nature is a precious friend.

夕焼ゆうやけに浸ひたれば、
一日いちにちの疲つかれが静しずかに溶とける。
美うつくしさは心こころを癒いやす。

Soak in the evening glow,
and the day's weariness quietly melts away.

静しずかな夜よるに寝ねれば、
明日あしたの力ちからが育そだつ。
休やすむことも大切たいせつ。

Sleep in the quiet night,
and tomorrow's strength will grow.
Rest is also important.

若わかい婦ふが、
庭にわの花はなに静しずかに水みずをやる。
優やさしさは暮くらしを彩いろどる。

A young wife
quietly waters the garden flowers.
Kindness colors everyday life.

朝あさの庭にわを掃はけば、
風かぜまで澄すんで感かんじられる。
整ととのえることは心こころも整ととのえる。

Sweep the morning garden,
and even the breeze feels clearer.
Bringing order outside brings order within.

朝日あさひが窓まどに当あたり、
部屋へやがやさしく明あかるくなる。
光ひかりは希望きぼうを運はこぶ。

Morning sunlight touches the window,

言葉ことばを彙あつめれば、
知恵ちえの森もりが育そだってゆく。
一ひとつずつ学まなぶことが大切たいせつ。

Gathering words together,

争あらそうより、
共ともに話はなす道みちを選えらびたい。
平和へいわは理解りかいから始はじまる。

Rather than fighting,
choose the path of conversation.

山やまから静しずかに流ながれてくる。
清きよらかな心こころは人ひとを潤うるおす。
