何事なにごとにも程ほどがあり、
足たることを知しれば心こころは穏おだやか。
調和ちょうわは知恵ちえから生うまれる。

Everything has its measure.
Contentment brings a peaceful heart.
Harmony is born from wisdom.

支ささえ合あう社会しゃかいは、
一人ひとりひとりの小ちいさな力ちからで築きずかれる。
分わかち合あいは未来みらいを育そだてる。

A strong society
is built by many small contributions.
Sharing sustains the future.

稚おさない苗なえにも、
大おおきな森もりへの夢ゆめがある。
成長せいちょうは待まつことから始はじまる。

Even a tender seedling
dreams of becoming a forest.
Growth begins with patience.

和わの心こころがあれば、
違ちがいも美うつくしい音色ねいろとなる。
調和ちょうわは平和へいわの姿すがた。

With a spirit of harmony,
differences become beautiful music.
Harmony is the face of peace.

雲くもが移うつり、
空そらも少すこしずつ表情ひょうじょうを変かえる。
変化へんかは自然しぜんの息吹いぶき。

Clouds drift across the sky,
changing its expression.
Change is the breath of nature.

一秒いちびょうを大切たいせつにすれば、
人生じんせいも大切たいせつになる。
時ときは静しずかな宝物たからもの。

Treasure each second,
and life itself becomes precious.
Time is a quiet treasure.

秋あきの風かぜは、
実みのりへの感謝かんしゃを運はこんでくる。
豊ゆたかさは季節きせつと共ともに育そだつ。

Autumn winds
carry gratitude for the harvest.
Abundance grows with the seasons.

秋あきの愁うれいは、
心こころを深ふかく澄すませてくれる。
静しずけさも贈おくり物もの。

Autumn's gentle sorrow
clears the depths of the heart.

私わたしという一人ひとりも、
世界せかいに一ひとつだけの物語ものがたり。
命いのちはかけがえがない。

感謝かんしゃは惜おしまない。

本当ほんとうの豊ゆたかさは分わかち合あい。

梨なしの実みは、
秋あきの光ひかりを甘あまく抱だいている。
実みのりは季節きせつへの感謝かんしゃ。

The pear
holds autumn sunlight in its sweetness.

蒔まいた種たねは、
やがて喜よろこびとなって穫かり入いれられる。
努力どりょくは実みを結むすぶ。

The seeds we sow

黄金色こがねいろの穂ほは、
風かぜとともに静しずかに揺ゆれる。
豊ゆたかさは謙遜けんそんに頭こうべを垂たれる。

Golden ears of grain
bow gently in the breeze.
True abundance is humble.

稲いねが波なみのように揺ゆれる田たは、
命いのちを育そだてる海うみのよう。
感謝かんしゃは食卓しょくたくへ続つづく。

A field of rice
ripples like a quiet sea.
Gratitude reaches every table.

花はなの香かおりは、
風かぜに乗のって心こころまで届とどく。
優やさしさも同おなじように広ひろがる。

The fragrance of flowers
travels on the wind.
Kindness spreads the same way.

季節きせつが巡めぐるたび、
自然しぜんは新あたらしい歌うたを奏かなでる。
変かわることも祝福しゅくふく。

As the seasons turn,
nature sings a new song.
Change itself is a blessing.

信頼しんらいして委ゆだねるとき、
心こころは少すこし軽かるくなる。
信頼しんらいは平安へいあんを育そだてる。

When we entrust with confidence,
the heart grows lighter.
