巨おおきな木きも、
小ちいさな種たねから始はじまった。
偉大いだいさは一歩いっぽから育そだつ。

Even the greatest tree
began as a tiny seed.
Greatness grows from a single step.

拒ことわる勇気ゆうきも、
心こころを守まもる知恵ちえの一ひとつ。
誠実せいじつは境界きょうかいを大切たいせつにする。

The courage to say no
is also wisdom.
Integrity values healthy boundaries.

力ちからとは、
誰だれかを持もち上あげるためにある。
優やさしさが最もっとも強つよい。

Strength exists
to lift another person.
Kindness is the greatest power.

真まことの男おとこは、
力ちからより思おもいやりを選えらぶ。
優やさしさは勇気ゆうきの姿すがた。

A true man
chooses compassion over strength.
Kindness is the face of courage.

労ろうを惜おしまぬ手ては、
静しずかに未来みらいを築きずいてゆく。
努力どりょくは花はなを咲さかせる。

Hands that never fear hard work
quietly build tomorrow.
Effort makes flowers bloom.

志こころざしを募つのれば、
同おなじ夢ゆめを持もつ人ひとが集あつまる。
希望きぼうは仲間なかまを呼よぶ。

Gather people around a purpose,
and kindred dreams will meet.
Hope calls companions.

人ひとと比くらべず、
昨日きのうの自分じぶんを越こえよう。
成長せいちょうに優劣ゆうれつはない。

Do not compare yourself to others.
Surpass yesterday's self.
Growth has no ranking.

功こうを急いそがず、
今日きょうの一歩いっぽを積つみ重かさねよう。
成功せいこうは毎日まいにちの実み。

Do not rush for glory.
Build today's small step.
Success is the fruit of each day.

優やさしい勧すすめは、
人生じんせいを変かえることがある。
言葉ことばは希望きぼうの種たね。

A gentle encouragement
can change a life.
Words are seeds of hope.

努力どりょくは、
誰だれにも見みえない所ところで育そだつ。
根ねが深ふかければ花はなも美うつくしい。

Effort grows
where no one can see.
Deep roots bring beautiful flowers.

朝日あさひは勢いきおいよく昇のぼり、
新あたらしい一日いちにちを始はじめる。
命いのちは今日きょうも湧わき上あがる。

The morning sun rises boldly,
beginning a new day.
Life springs up again today.

励はげまし合あう声こえは、
長ながい道みちを明あかるくする。
希望きぼうは分わけ合あえる。

Words of encouragement
brighten a long road.
Hope is meant to be shared.

小ちいさな親切しんせつを加くわえれば、
一日いちにちはもっと温あたたかくなる。
優やさしさは足たし算ざん。

Add one small kindness,
and the day grows warmer.
Kindness is the arithmetic of the heart.

喜よろこびを賀ことほぐ日ひは、
皆みなの笑顔えがおが花はなになる。
祝福しゅくふくは広ひろがってゆく。

橋はしを架かければ、
遠とおかった心こころも近ちかくなる。
つながりは希望きぼうを運はこぶ。

Build a bridge,

脇わきに咲さく花はなにも、
足あしを止とめる美うつくしさがある。
小ちいさなものを見逃みのがさない。

Even flowers by the roadside
deserve a pause.
Do not overlook small beauty.

脅おどしではなく、
安心あんしんが人ひとを強つよくする。
平和へいわは信頼しんらいから生うまれる。

Not fear,
but safety makes people strong.
Peace is born from trust.

力ちからを協あわせれば、
一人ひとりでは越こえられない山やまも越こえられる。
協力きょうりょくは希望きぼうの橋はし。

Working together,
we cross mountains no one could cross alone.
Cooperation is a bridge of hope.

一歩いっぽ行いけば、
景色けしきも心こころも変かわり始はじめる。
道みちは歩あるく人ひとに開ひらかれる。

Take one step,
and both the landscape and the heart begin to change.
The road opens to those who walk.

律りつある暮くらしは、
静しずかな自由じゆうを育そだてる。
整ととのった心こころに平安へいあんが宿やどる。
